HORRIBLE reception!

I've had Verizon for many years, but now I have absolutely awful reception!  Even when I use a network extender and show full bars/full wifi.  They've replace the phone 3 times, but it's still awful.  I wish I had a nickel for every time I've had to tell someone that the connection issue is my phone and it's a piece of junk.  Inside, outside, in the car, wherever I am, it's junk.  Did Verizon lose signal strength when it went to 5G?  All I know is I'm going to end up taking a huge hit because I'll have to pay off what I owe on the phone (from the "free" trade-in) and then I'm going to check out other carriers.  I had an emergency call the other day and only heard a few words, then the call wouldn't go through.  I finally had to restart the phone to get it to work.  ABSOLUTE JUNK AND VERIZON DOESN'T CARE!!!!!
