I have had Verizon for 20+ years and because I have problems receiving mobile home service in my area, Verizon gave me a LG Network extender for free. I got a text a couple of months ago (July 2024), to ask if I wanted a new network extender as the one I have no longer will be supported by Verizon free of charge. I said yes but never received it after I had switched my coverage to the prepay coverage. After I found this out, I switched back to post pay coverage and several weeks ago I went to the corporate office and talked to Andrea at the corporate office and was told she had to get permission for this from higher ups. I have not heard anything since. I'm frustrated and not being helped. Has anyone had this issue?
