I have never dealt with such incompetence and down right awful and condescending people. I find it interesting when I asked for a corporate number or the supervisor to the supervisor, I was told there was not anyway to do any of those things bc BRETT was the end of the line as a supervisor. There was no way to receive a transcript of the chat from the other day and no way to receive a transcript of my conversation wit Brett despite the fact I told Brett that he was condescending from the second he answered the phone and continue to regurgitate the same information and expected to receive a completely different response from me.
