I switched to Verizon in December 2022, I live in 77357 zip code and my cell service is horrible at my house. Our brand new IPhones constantly show SOS, dropped calls, breaks up canโt talk in the house. Itโs frustrating the amount I pay and canโt even use my phone at my house. AT&T & T-Mobile work perfect here. Why is Verizon not up to par with great service in 77357? I want to switch providers so I donโt have to worry about my calls dropping or not being able to reach my kids because our phones are in random SOS mode. And yes, phones are up to date and so is bill.
