Horrible Coverage

We switched from T-Mobile to Verizon in May and it has been the biggest regret. Service is absolutely awful. We live in a big suburb of Denver, CO (Zip 80122). We are by no means in a rural area. We are 1 mile from a Verizon store and every call in my home drops at least once. Often times my phone won't ring and I'll have clients email me that they have been trying to call. Sometimes my service will just say SOS and I am completely unable to use my phone. This is absurd!

Same here.  Little-to-no service all over the Denver area.  I spent a whole day with customer service to no avail.  There are small pockets of service, but for the most part Verizon is completely unusable here.
