Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. They DO NOT care about their customers at all. I will be taking my 3 lines and tablet and porting out this week. We've been with Verizon for a long time but for the last 3 months, since upgrading phones, we've had nothing but problems. The phones, Moto Edge +, are complete garbage and have already been replaced once but since we are over the 30 days from original purchase they won't do anything constructive to correct the issues...just the same useless troubleshooting over and over again. Was on the phone at a store yesterday for 4.5 hours and most of that time was on hold. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Verizon refuses to make this right so we will be leaving.
On a positive note, the store manager was very patient and as helpful as he could be I believe.
