where do you find ANYONE who knows what they're doing in verizon?? I've been on hold waiting for over 2 hrs.. absolutely disgusting. Would NOT recommend anyone order anything from them. They'll take your money, but good luck getting a response to an issue!
Blame the people too lazy to do things online causing people with real problems to wait longer.
