Since there is no formal complaint method (not surprised) I just wanted to post that I’m breaking up with you. I’m tired of the long response times with agents only to get little to no answers. I’m tired of the passing the buck and it’s not our fault mentality. Goodbye.

After 6 hours with 5 agents and nothing done I asked the last useless guy, James, who apparently is "above customer service" how to do a formal complaint - "oh, we don't have anything like that".
In Spain it is the law to have a formal compliant process.
