They backtrack on what they promise. I ordered an iphone 16 pro max on an offer. Never got delivered because it had apartment number missing. Asked the agents to add the apt number twice to make sure so that it could be delivered, they said they did it. But they never added it. So, the new iPhone got returned to the sender. I chatted with them several times and some agent said I would get the same offer regardless of if the offer is expired or not. Then next dude says it is not available anymore. Never got the upgrade phone and now the offer doesn’t exist because they botched it. Everytime you chat with someone, they say something different . So disappointing and frustrating. I feel like if I need to get frustrated, I can talk to the Verizon agents. Shame on you Verizon!! Yet you advertise as the best in the country. Beware consumers!
