Horrible reliability

Reliability has hit a new low these last few weeks, not that it's ever been good. I have 2 Verizon repeaters, yet 95% of attempts to send a text say they fail (even though most are delivered).  Multiple incoming texts all arrive at the same time, often hours after they were sent.  

Wi-fi calling is better than not using wi-fi calling, but with 2 repeaters I expected more. 

We have a mix of iPhone, Samsung S9 & Samsung S10.  Same problems with all phones.
