Horrible service in Towns county ga

Since the huge influx of people in our area, the verizon service is  just horrible. Verizon knows about it but will do nothing. After all these years I am going to take my 3 lines and give ATT a  shot. Several of my friends did just leave Verizon and went to ATT and they said they had all kind of  problems but were still a giant step better than Verizon. I have always been loyal and do not want to leave Verizon, but it could be dangerous to have a cell that will not call or drops a call. I am a disabled vet who uses my cell daily for health reasons. Most people have been encouraged to get rid of their land line  and just use cell, well... that could have been a mistake if you have important calls that you have to make or get. The va calls me regularly for health reasons and my phone will just drop and say you are not registered on this network and emergency calls only, and then you cannot call them back or them you for about 5-10 minutes. This is the same thing happening to all my friends, neighbors, church group and my 3 lines of family. when I have reported this to Verizon, the reps are told to act like they have never heard of this problem and then try to blame you phone.

Reliability is so important these days, and we often take for granted those securities like a landline could offer, twilloo1. I know how much I rely on my service to work for much less serious things than you described, and we're saddened to hear that your experience with us has left you feeling like the only option is to look elsewhere. We definitely want to help turn that around. Can you tell me more about what isn't working, aside from calls failing or dropping? When did this issue first start happening? Can you share the nearest cross streets there in Towns County where you experience this issue the most?
