Anyone else having major issues with service since abt 2019 to 2021? Ever since I traded in my s20 I have had nothing but a terrible experience with verizon service. Calls wont connect, calls dont come through (straight to vmail when called), dropped calls, calls cutting out, text msgs dont send, dont receive text msgs. I have to restart my phone multiple times a day just to ensure I receive all of my text msgs for work. Unfortunatly this isnt happening in one location but everywhere from my home to work, which is 55 miles apart, and anywhere else i go. I have had the s20, s21, and now the s22, all ultras and ever since i switched my s20 I had instant issues and they continued into the s22 ultra. I had absolutely no issues with my s20, not once. None of the issues listed above. I have had verizon since 2004ish and now im shopping around for a different carrier for the first time in nearly 20 years. Its ashame considering how expensive the plans are. Good customer service alone isnt worth the larger monthly price tags compared to their competitiors.
