I have contacted customer service numerous times on chat, then speaking in person to reps and visiting 2 stores. I have waited 3 months after being assured that I will have hotspot internet next billing period. My lake house does not have internet available and I need hotspot there for computer & tablet. I finally had to get At& T service on older phone to get hotspot. Next step is change all phones to AT& T.  Verizon connection is little stronger at this remote area although at&t is 5g instead of Verizon's 4 lite. Just wondering if anybody at Verizon cares if I switch both phones to At& t. Disappointed customer.

My hotspot had internet for 1 week now gone again for 4th month.  I have invested hours of time, paid for it but still have to use old phone with AT& T service for hotspot. If nobody can fix it please admit it & I will switch all phones to AT&T. My rural  house does not have wifi service so I need hotspot.

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with your hotspot. Are you using the hotspot feature on your phone or a mifi device? What zip code are you in? What speeds are you seeing?-Joe

I am using hotspot feature on phone. My zip now is 44001. The current speed is 121.3 mb/s and no hotspot. I don't get hotspot at lake house either. I have been buying AT& T $30 cards for old phone for past 4 months & it gets hotspot fine at both houses. Last time I talked with one of your agents hotspot was fixed for a few days. If it wasn't for faster Verizon speeds at lake house I would definitely be with At& t. Could you please pass me on to manager or someone who knows how to fix this? Barbara yearley
