How am I cheated by Verizon

i activated 3 lines on apr 16th via phone with verizon customer support with receipt of 3 lines. Next day i picked up 3 phones from the store. One line and phone was not activated for last 15 days

Since then I have been calling Verizon support every 2 days and have been asked to speak with a supervisor to resolve a big mess up done by verizon on my account by only activating 2 lines. I have been asked to go to store 3 times to solve..then customer support raised hands and said they cannot solve the wrongful act done by verizon and how am being cheated. My bill, my plan, my phones all are wrongly delivered and being charged. ...Am still waiting for a supervisor to call me since last 3 calls made this week to Verizon
