How can I get Verizon to improve their coverage?

I have noticed that Verizon coverage does not exist in any of the areas where they indicate they have it. For example, I rarely get a signal in downtown Denver, in suburban Aurora, CO, or at Denver International Airport.

How can I convince Verizon to provide coverage for their wireless networks?
