My wife and i have had Verizon for years and have been very happy. We recently moved to a house that gets zero signal. I can walk across the street and get 1 or 2 bars of 4G. Inside the house o get a "searching for signal" or "emergency calls only" messages. Is there something that can be done before we switch to someone else?

What phones do you have? Both solutions pointed out above are great working solutions. Wifi calling is available on the newer phones and works great for situations like yours. If you don't have a newer phone, the $250 extender is a solution.

We certainly don't want to lose you over this Aramp1. I understand how important it is to have service in your home. I did review the area and I do not see any alerts as of yet. Are all your phones having this issue while you are in your home?

Of course, you could also activate wifi calling on your phone if it is capable and you have broadband internet in your home and a wifi router.

An easy way to improve service inside your home (if you have WiFi at home) is enabling WiFI calling on your phones. Please visit this link for instructions: Turn Wi-Fi Calling On / Off - Samsung Galaxy S 5 | Verizon Wireless
