I have a new phone and do not want the Premium Visual Voicemail and I want to go back to Basic and it will not allow me to. I press the Basic button and it keeps bringing me back to the Premium button.

Is this something which could be unsubscribed/cancelled if you go into your My Verizon account and manage your add-ons or manage perks section?
