So I have been fighting with verizon about a $800 trade-in credit. I get emails from a "", who basically refuses to acknowledge my responses, but he has responded to 1, and still in his future emails (always a week apart) he keeps saying that he cannot get in touch with me. His last email he mentions that he is now calling one of the numbers on my account (NOT the main one), which belongs to my MINOR child. How do I get them to stop calling my minor child and just answer my emails? It makes me feel uncomfortable that they are calling a minor in the first place, in the 2nd place I want my money
