My voicemail just suddenly stopped working. Callers get the message that "User has a voicemail account that hasn't been set up yet" It's been set up since day one when I got the phone. I got a notification for the visual voicemail, clicked the little icon and it just keeps spinning around and saying "Please wait while we check your account information." Can't click out of it or go back. How can I fix this????

try to dial *86 to setup voice mail or listen voice mail
