How do I manage 'quick text' on a prepaid phone?

I have the Verizon Samsung prepaid phone.  When I select an inbox message and choose 'Options', one option is to 'Save Quick Text'.  When I choose this option, I get the message "MAXIMUM ENTRIES ALREADY STORED."  Questions:

1.  How do I view my strored Quick Texts?

2.  How do I delete the ones I don't want?

3.  Is there a way to increase the number I can store?
