Whenever I sign in and go to the "Residential" part of the site, it logs me out, makes me log back in, but still will not let me use TV online. It's just a continuous process of being logged out and having to log back in.
P.S. I am trying to use it on my laptop, not the app on my phone. That doesn't work for me either

Verizon Wireless and Verizon Fios are separate subsidiaries of Verizon and have separate logins for their services.
You would have to register on the Verizon Fios webpage in order to access their service. Your Verizon Wireless userid/password would not help you unless you registered with Verizon Fios under those same credentials.
I have Fios in my home, and I’ve just set this Acct up on my phone, but still can’t watch TV!
