I signed up with Verizon on July 11, where I moved four lines, three devices and bought a new device. I was promised three rebates, one JulySwitcher300 and two BYOD $650 rebates. I met all the criteria for the JulySwitcher300 (bought a new iPhone 12 Mini online for $699.99, switched to Verizon, etc.). After 6 phone calls where each representative tells me "let's look at your submission to make sure you qualify..." and come to the conclusion "yes, you qualify for the rebate, I'm not sure what's going on, I'll escalate it...", I am forced to wait another two weeks while the issue is dropped and not worked on. I have spent HOURS calling Verizon over this, and so it's definitely been a negative ROI situation. In fact, I'm on hold for my 7th call about this right now as I type this. It's my belief that Verizon offers these rebates as incentives to get people to switch, but then the red tape is thrown up all over the place in the hopes that customers will drop the rebate requests out of frustration. The other two rebates were supposed to have been processed on Sept. 1, 2021, but that was 9 days ago now. It's my guess that I'll be fighting with Verizon for those two, also, in the coming weeks.
Bottom line: Verizon is not trustworthy with the incentives they offer to get you to switch. If you're looking to switch, DO NOT believe that the incentive rebate process will be easy or straightforward.

Grant98, the rebate process should be pretty simple and straight forward. We do regret to learn this wasn't your experience. We send email or My Verizon notifications within 5 days of service activation with the promo code and the website in which the rebate can be redeemed for all qualifying purchases. That information is also listed on our website in the "See More Details" section of the device where promotions are listed just as shown here: https://www.verizon.com/bring-your-own-device/. This does give customers the opportunity to submit their promo code on the rebate website: yourdigitalrebatecenter.com and track it. When did you complete your submission requests on the website? Do you have the tracking IDs for each rebate offer?

Update: After a series of events following the horrible customer service I received overseas, between a local, USA-based customer service rep (Shea), posting on this forum, and filing a BBB complaint, I did finally receive my $300 rebate. It was absolutely not a good return on investment, time-wise, for me, nor did it reflect well on Verizon. But, it's only fair to report back here and advise that I did finally get the rebate I was promised back in July.
