Hiow can I file a WRITTEN complaint about an experience I had talking and chatting with more than 8 agents on the same topic (which I thought should have been a relatively simple topic to address)? The agents either incorrectly filed paperwork, provided wrong information (some adamantly insisting they were correct when the next agent says they were wrong), and multiple instances of agents saying they would do something and they never did. The worst part of this experience is that it appeared at least one agent lied to me. I kept screenshots of that particular conversation I would like to share with Verizon. After this experience, it’s hard to trust anything a Verizon agent tells me (and this is from someone who has been with Verizon for over 20 years).
