How to get the discount for USPS

I work for usps and they give discounts to there workers and I'm having a lot of trouble and I can not figure out how to  get my discount for this can someone please help me.

Good Afternoon! With the Employer Discounts, we do offer them on metered plans. They are not availible with the unlimited plans.
