How to improve cell phone reception?

I recently switched from AT&T to VZW since I am also a FiOS customer, and I have been receiving very inconsistent reception in & around my home. Phone calls go in and out, and they also tend to drop unexpectedly. I enabled WiFi Calling but that has actually made the problems worse. Since I work from home and spend a great deal of time on my phone, this is unacceptable. How can I improve my reliability and quality of my cell phone calls at home?

Were you having coverage problems with AT&T? It is possible you have better AT&T coverage in your home than Verizon coverage and your best option MAY be to switch back to AT&T.

Of course you could also purchase a network extender.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus that I purchased through VZW a few months ago, and

it is the only device in the house being affected because it's the only

device on VZW. The others are with AT&T. If I cannot increase my signal

within my home and increase the quality of my work calls, I will be forced

to terminate my contract and switch providers. I switched to VZW in hopes

of receiving excellent service; I hope that you are able to help me and

meet these expectations. Thank you.
