I was promised a loyalty discount and come to find out it’s non existent. 3 days ago service in 3 zip codes around me has continuously failed and Verizon keeps closing the ticket because they say we are in a rural area and service is spotty anyway and didn’t check on anything. A good number of us in this area are disabled and depend on Verizon if we should have an emergency but we can’t make and receiver calls or texts when the service goes completely out, which is not the normal. I would prefer to speak with corporate for my complaint because rural areas are being disregarded for service issues and it’s not fair. 3 days of no service for the money we pay for this service is ridiculous.
