Anyone who has ever purchase a high end camera from the camera store was able to attend product orientation classes if they wished. Most of these classes were a perk for purchases. So why is it...with technology flying forward...are we left to our own devices(no pun intended)?! Get on board with the customer support Vz... Simple....just do it...help your customer....help yourself! Seems to me...if you did this...you would decrease the # of units returned...inspire customers to upgrade...just can't loose with it. Some of the people in your stores are more than qualified to instruct in the basics of operation and customization of the units you sell....c'mon...all you decision making exec's....earn your bonuses...I'll be first in line!

Try going to verizonwireless.com/wirelessworkshop and sign up for the classes that you seem to think don't exist. How about maybe before bashing something you take the time to find things out first.

I'll give him a break when he stops bashing Verizon for not offering a service they clearly DO provide, which he would have learned about if he had bothered to do a little research first. It would have been one thing if he simply asked the forums if this service was available, but no, he just assumed Verizon didn't offer it and decided to bash them. We felt this was unfair to Verizon, so we responded in kind.
