Congratulations, you have just cut the pay of some poor entry-level employee for something that is 100% your own fault, and has nothing to do with them. Who in their right mind thinks cell phone SERVICE doesn't include monthly payments?

Actually I believe the OP actually has a point, AFTER I read in his SECOND post exactly what he was referring to. He was referring to the $20 "access" fee on top of the $30 4 Gig/month data fee for the MiFi hotspot. And it is a fair question. Just WHY do the Tier 1 carriers assess these FEES? Access fee on top of service fee why? And why are they so Different for different devices? If $50 buys me Unlimited Talk and text, and 1 Gig shared data, then what exactly does that ADDITIONAL $40 "access fee" for my smartphone buy me that the $10 "access fee" for my tablet does not?
I was looking at Cricket's new plans today that go into effect on Monday, Sept 2. Very interesting prices if you go to their site and look at them after the inception date. Probably can't list them here, moderators would find some reason to pull the list, but suffice it to say, they are comparable to current version SERVICE charges for unlimited talk and texgt, plan data allowance, tethering included in higher price plans and even a MUSIC service included. All WITHOUT profit-bleeding, bill-padding, ZERO customer value "access fees."
Sure, cricket needs to build an attractive business model to stem their customer churn, they are prepaid, they are regional, etc, but the point is that competition shows that prices CAN be a LOT more reasonalbe than what Tier 1 carriers offere for what nominal value they provide for what their customers pay.

And that is what is so great in America, you are free to dump VZW and go to Cricket and it's poor coverage.
Love this country!

Not sure sure if they liked or disliked your survey comments. If they they were anything like your first post, I'm very sure they didn't understand them.

No I don't understand buisness very well,I dropped outta school at 14 to work, and never really bought anything from the BUISNESS world and now I can see why. I'm glad I'd made my post so confusing to you intelligent BUISNESS people that for people like myself DO NOT understand BUISNESS language. So as I am slowly begining to understand how the BUISNESS world does operate I would only hope that the $20.00 monthly access fee goes to the dinner table of the workers that risk their lives climbing the cell towers to provide what means that a required to create an Empire or wait a BUISNESS or the Janitor that cleans the restroom for the BUISNESS PEOPLE.
Thank you for showing concern it is well appreciated. I do understand now that for what it's worth I will be thinking you when it comes to doing BUISNESS.
And I have yet to get a respones to my survey. Is that good BUISNESS when somebody saying somthing about their company in a way that makes no sense? And they may show they are un happy. Or is it just about waiting for the $347.00 Termination fee?
