I Hate Verizon because they want to charge you extra for their mistakes.
I hate Verizon for the 6 hours and 3 days I’ve spent with Verizon support only to come to the solution that it isn’t Verizon’s problem (even though it’s a mess up that happened after they switched my account) and I still have to pay for their mess up.
Get out of Verizon if you can.
