If im paying $40 for unlimited Talk and Text, plus 50 dollars for 4 GB of data, Can I switch to the verizon prepaid plan which is unlimited talk and text plus 5 GB of data for only 60$ I dont understand why its cheaper for more?

yes you can but be aware coverage will not be same as post pay account.

you have to pay on time so no late payment

once you out of data you have to buy more to keep it working..

you still be paying for payment plan. or it be on your final bill to pay off once you migrate from post pay to prepay.

cause coverage is not same that's why you pay less and customer support will not be same and no insurance on device

First you are overpaying if you are on payment plan. You should be paying $25 access fee plus the $50 for 4 GB data or $75 not $90. If you switched to the newer Verizon Plan you would pay $20 access fee and $45 for 3 GB data or $65.

Going to prepay you would:

No live humans ever for support

More restrictive domestic coverage area - no roaming

No international roaming

No HD Voice - No Wifi calling. You will therefore lose simultaneous voice and data as the s6 doesn't have 2 radios I believe.

Also DPP has change from what I remember where it has to be paid off if you cancel or switch to prepaid (switching changes the account and closes the postpaid)
