If I have been on Verizon prepaid for years does it count towards the loyalty program?

So if I've been a loyal Verizon prepaid customer 2 lines autopay, do I qualify for the new loyalty discount plans?

Your tenure does count with our new prepaid plans that include the loyalty discount. If you switch to one of those plans, you can count on getting the loyalty discount.

Can't switch phone to 4g. I can't use 5g. Please switch my phone to 4g or Imwill be forced to take our 2 lines to another carrier.
