Hello, I need to file a complain.
I have spoken to approximately six different Verizon representatives to include the bilingual department and my issue has yet to be resolved. I spent money, time and am mentally exhausted. I need to file a complain. I have all my chats and emails and text messages for proof of issues.

I've file complain 3 times of store GARLAND 2-TX
5255 N. President George Bush Hwy, STE 525, Garland TX. They refuse to help to unlock my phone and tell me search for solution from youtube, or go to apple store althogugh the representative form help chat refers me to the store. Always have promise that they will take action. Call 1-800-922-0204 is a joke since they don't care if you want to check the status of complaining., they just hang up on you when your concern is not the bill, not the service.

I know how important it is to have a phone unlocked, thuydong. I'm sorry to learn you're having so much trouble in getting this done. We can certainly help with a phone unlock as long as you're the original owner, and the device has been active on a Verizon account for longer than 60-days. You can review our device unlocking policy here: https://www.verizon.com/about/consumer-safety/device-unlocking-policy
Please be on the lookout for a private message from me, so I can better assist.

All of complains via web is receive a ticket id, and they promise that they will take action, but no actiont taken, No link to check the status of complain. Verizon does the best job to chase away the customers.

Try to reply to Joseph, but the webpage does not allow me to do that so i put here. My phone was bought from Verizon online for the second line, and when I receive it, it was activated from Verizon service, i forget password and it make the phone locked. Try all the steps suggest from youtube and apple page, it does not work. Contact Verizon via customer support and the agent (Don Diego) suggest me to bring the phone to store at the addres: 5255 N President George B Ste 525, Garland, TX 75040. I brought phoen to the store on Nov 09, 2024, and they said that they could do anything, and suggest me to find the solution on Youtube, and when I begged them to look at the ticket, they simply rejected and shrug the shoulder when i was upset to say that I will drop the service. Come back and file the complain, Just in promised to document the case and give me ID of the case as 9c37565a-de3a-4c76-93b1-06b75aa4f5f. Wait one week and no action is solved. Contact via phoen and they just hang up since they don't take the complain. Go to webpage and complain again, this time Hazel opens the new ticket 41cce1a6-e47c-4d0f-a08b-10d274251d and no action taken. even he/she promised it is opened with the highest priority, and will update me with the status, but it seems nothing happens.

Hello thuydong, we're sorry for the issues you're encountering with your device. Devices that you purchase from Verizon are locked for 60 days after purchase. Devices that you purchase from our retail partners are locked for 60 days after activation. After 60 days, we will automatically remove the lock. Following the 60-day lock period, we do not lock our phones at any time.

The phone bough from Verizon and i am the original owner. I just a few days after I bought, it's locked due to the wrong password. I have to bring to iPhone repair store to unlock it. My point is vending out the insufficient of Verizon customer servie. Even you file complain, no action will be taken so far.

None of them give me exaplanagion why I file complain 3 imes and no action to be taken at least one apology from Verizon itself.

Contact and chat with agent Elena, then spend 1 hour on line go nowhere, except that promise that they wll contact the store. Send 2 emails to store manager and no response. So, I guess Verzion does not have authoriry over Russell stores, or I've just wasted my time with Verizon. Even checking the status of ticket with agent never give you an update , just promise we look into that. They play this game so that finally the customer give up and choose another company. For Verizon, losing one customer means nothing.
