I placed an order yesterday for in store pick up. Was told it would be ready in 2hrs since it was in stock. Waited, never received an email stating it was ready. I went to the store and they haven't received my order so they couldn't give me what I ordered even though I had a receipt. Talked to 3 people through customer service, they assured me it would be ready today and its not. If I wanted to wait this long I would have just had it delivered....
Acoppersmith92, we definitely understand the importance of receiving your device you ordered. In store Pick ups usually take a few hours to process, but can be longer depending on the volume of orders. Were you able to pick up your item?
