Indoor calls not guaranteed by Verizon?

I've had multiple interviews I've done from my car bcuz when I'm at home a lot of times it sounds like talking on dial up,  in and out, every other word-its so embarrassing-I can't do a phone interview with that. My son has called me 5 times in a row and phone will answer then drop, Verizon head office said he found no record of dropped calls. Also told me there was no record of me calling about sending my watch back- Galaxy 6 that battery doesn't last 6 hours. ( I was hoping the reviews were wrong, but always believe them-watch is trash!)

One thing to have expensive service that doesn't work worth anything BUT to be called a liar with 2 of my problems INFURIATES ME.

THEN to tell me they don't guarantee service indoors--soo I'm paying for service as long as I'm not at home?? Since it's not guaranteed??

And he refuses to take watch back -only order me another one that will do same -

Honestly Walmart prepaid service works better...

I had to use a walmart prepaid phone to call regarding an appointment to recheck for cancer for me-my expensive Verizon phone and service wouldn't work....

Does anyone have someone other than Leonard in corporate offices number-bcuz this is NOT RIGHT

Hello, LEFedUp, sorry to hear you're running into an issue with service in your home area. The last thing we want is for you to feel this way and we want to make sure your cocnerns are addressed. With regard to the watch, we can definitely help troubleshoot the issue, if the device is not working correctly you have 30 days from your purchase date to return the equipment and then beyond that you are covered by the manufacturer warranty for replacment. So we can best assist with your concerns, we will be reaching out via Private Message.

I too have read somewhere in the forums recently that indoor calls are no longer guaranteed.  When did this become a thing?  After all, most of us spend the majority of our time inside buildings.

As for the OP having such poor call quality despite paying for an expensive plan, maybe Verizon just doesn't work well where they are and it's time to port?
