Insanely high bill

I created a plan about 2 years ago and my bill has always been $115 (I also purchased a phone so I’m paying that off). I have the protection plan,  but my bill recently raised to $130 which is a ridiculous amount to pay for a  PHONE BILL!  So I contacted them to remove my protection plan which would lower my bill back to $115. They said they removed it, they didn’t. So when I got my bill it was still, $133. I contacted them again and it’s been removed but this is insane. My phone bill is super high as is, and my service isn’t even great. I work a part time job that doesn’t pay much I literally cannot afford to pay more than $115 a month (not even). Just very frustrated and I’m switching providers once my contract is up.
