International Usage Charges without Details

Very very poor customer service. They charged me for international usage but when I ask for exact call details with IMEI number etc., they are unable to provide me those details and at the same time they are not waiving unjustified charges made to my account.

Highly frustrated and not seeing any option BUT TO LEAVE VERIZON!

Your agents / customer service staff wasted many hours of my time and almost 2 months wait without providing me the needed information.
I've a simple request:
Provide me the entire call detail for all the calls I made between Dec 4 and Dec 14 period for which you charged me $ 10 each day.
Also provide me with the IMEI and SIM number that was used to make these calls.
I'm sure that your system has made a mistake in charging me.
 
Please DO NOT waste my time with calls/messages unless you have above information.
 
I'm seriously thinking of leaving Verizon if this is not resolved soon.
