I switched back to Verizon and signed up for an iPhone 12 on us promo and now no one can see the promo on my account. Ridiculous.. Spent hours being transferred to "care team" "tele-sales" tried the chat that I ordered the phone through originally... No one can provide any answers.. Need to find a number for escalation team or something?!?! Regretting going back to Verizon really quickly... 😞
