Is Verizon getting desperate?

So, I paid my bill in full the end of last month ... i get a disconnect notice 3 or 4 days ago ... and today they literally cut me off .. for a payment 2 weeks out ... THEN try to get me to pay my bill thats due in 2 weeks to boot ... VERIZON fudgeed me up in December and they STILL havent got my stuff right 4 months later .. and we pay them this kind of money for what?? Constantly having to fight back and forth when they mess something else up?  Rant over ... dropping the fudging mic.  Worse customer service i have ever encountered.
