its the 13th of jan 2024 and my chat button is not nworking. I updated my browser, i refreshed, i exited then reopened, i shut off my site blockers for any kind of popup or any block at all but still when I clicked on chat, nothing would happen. It didnt try to load, just nothing happened.

Hi! I was about to agree to a plan upgrade on June 15 and my chat agent disappeared. I tried calling customer service and it was also down. Now chat is stuck on the loading screen and won't connect. I want the deal I was presented with before the promo expires.
