I'm a postpaid customer with a current account in good standing. Today I received the below email. I called the number and asked if this is an old account, but they can't locate it and they said no emails have been sent to my email address today. If this email is legit, how do I make payment when they only provide the last 4 digits of the account number? Help!
If you look at the PROPERTIES of the email, you can expand and see the originating email address. If it is not a Verizon domain and/or is suspicious, forward the email to phishing at verizon dot com or phishing at verizonwireless dot com. Also, see:
