Issue of invalid Gift Card number or PIN

I have bought 2 physical gift cards and every time I tried it said "The Gift Card Number or the PIN used is invalid." I saw here that people had problem solved when receiving a link to redeem the gift cards. I was wondering if the custom support could help.
