Issue with in-store early upgrade

I placed an early upgrade in the Verizon store March 29th. From that date until about mid June I have been harassed with multiple calls, texts and emails DAILY regarding my old phone I mailed back the same day I got the early upgrade March 29th. I also got home internet and an Apple Watch that same day. Verizon has been charging me for the old phone they received in their Texas location on April 2nd FOR MONTHS. I still  have the return receipt in my possession. Turns out Verizon processed my early upgrade wrong and it took over two months for them to realize it and hopefully fix the issue. Between in store visits, over 60 minute long live agent chats and phone calls this has been a nightmare. In all my 12 years with Verizon this was the Absolute WORSE. I happened to be checking my account this evening and I think they finally stopped charging me for a phone that has been in their possession for months, but I noticed conveniently, under my Orders that only the iPhone 15pro has the wrong order date. It says I ordered May 30th. The home internet modem and Apple Watch all day purchased in store March 29th. I find it really convenient that the iPhone 15pro has the WRONG order date. It was purchased I. Store on March 29th per the other two items. Verizon, you have lied to me, made accusations as if I never returned my old phone and took an excessive amount of time to correct a mistake you all made. Fix my order date. I don’t want to be trapped in this relationship with you all longer than I need to be. You have lost my trust forever. I have never spoken to a supervisor or manager despite asking all eight or nine times I had to call about this wrong charge of over $390. What you all have showed me is that you like my money, but do not respect my customer experience.  Please do better!!!! Still waiting for Verizon to cut the check for me cancelling  my xfinity internet and getting theirs which they were supposed to cover up to a certain amount. 

I cannot wait to be rid of you and I actually used to respect you.
