Issues installing Holafly esim

I purchased a Holafly esim for my upcoming travels to Portugal. When I tried to install the esim, an error message said that my carrier (Verizon) has to unlock my phone to allow for this.

I would also share your concern if I was having the same issue after having my phone activated for over 2-years, TravelDaWorld.
