Hello,
Can anyone point me to where Verizon Wireless states billing policy for canceling in the middle of a billing cycle?
Thank you for any help.

You can find it as easy as I can, but it says you will be billed to the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes Horses, that was why I was asking. Because I could find the document easily.

Per the customer agreement
"Cancellations will become effective on the last day of that month's billing cycle, and you are responsible for all charges incurred until then."

Horrible, yes even if you cancel one day into your cycle you will pay for the whole month. Such a bad business practice.
