Lied to and Cheated by Verizon Reps

This all took place in August of 2020 when I ported over a line and was told by a Verizon rep that I qualified for a $300 e-gift card and that would be emailed to me. After getting the run around by 4 different associates I was finally able to be connected to a supervisor and was told by the them that I was lying to her and that no reps told me I qualified for anything and then she proceeded to laugh during the call. I didn't know Verizon customer service was so horrible and this is only told here to warn others of what you could look forward too
