Can they not be honest? Tried upgrading my phone, the store jacked up the pick up by canceling the pickup because they didn't have the phone in stock. Web said they did. Then online jacked it up. Then they lied to us. Told us it would be an hour on Friday. Then told us 24 to 48 hours. Now over 48 hours later they say within another 24 hours. Ridiculous. Beware. Guess they don't want me upgrading to a brand new phone. I bet AT&T or T-Mobile will when I talk to them tomorrow.
