I am a 20+ verizon customer with multiple phone on my package. On 11/5/2020 a verizon representative gave me a deal for upgrading to pixel 5 from my pixel 2. he said verizon agreed to match an AT&T offer. well, looking at my new bill, a week afterwards, I do not see anything he offered. I am paying full price. Regular support say they do not have access to the recording and said I have to mail verizon about it. I am ready to pull all the 4 lines from verizon. I have never been lied to that way. I am not going to snail mail and wait forever for a reply while I am stuck paying full price for the phoen and soon cannot return it. as is, I am told there a $50 restocking fee.
Is there a way to expedite this? thanks you. 413.374.0848

Verizon isn't Best Buy, price matching a competitor isn't something they do. It's up to you, the customer, to check out deals either on Verizon's website or elsewhere to get a phone for a good price.
My account is a former Alltel one and I always do my part before I buy a phone. Verizon might get an A+ for service, but if I could grade sales reps below an F I certainly would.
