Hi: I'm on an HOA board in a 55+ community in central NJ comprised of detached homes. We have seen cell reception degrade in our neighborhood over the past two years. It has become a growing safety concern as our residents rely on their cell phones in the event of an emergency. We had two recent events where residents have fallen and can't get in touch with family, neighbors or emergency personnel due to poor cell service.
How do we bring this to Verizon's attention and to get some action to improve cell reception? There doesn't seem to be a method to engage with Verizon on their website. Calls to the customer service line go unaddressed. Attempts to raise this issue through our township have not worked.
