I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon and am disgusted with the network coverage. I use the Ring App to check in on my 88 year old father and it now will not connect for me in the exact same areas where I could get reception with AT&T. It is not just Ring. Pandora doesn't work, IM's don't transmit.
It is absolutely critical that I have a reliable network to check in on my Dad or I will be forced to switch back to AT&T.
My home zip code is 13078 and work zip code is 13057. There are both locations where I would get perfect reception with AT&T but I get little to no reception with Verizon.
Please advise on this ASAP. I need reliable coverage.
