Little to no service at home

Over the past few weeks I have had little to no service at home. Data hardly works, calls get dropped instantly. I need my phone for work this is painful. I’ve had Verizon for years and it’s worked great until now. Is there cell service going on in my area? Why all of a sudden my service is poor in the exact same spot it used to work fine?
